Terms of sale.
This is a translation. The Bulgarian Общи условия are the governing text.
These Terms of sale govern the relationship between Bizport EOOD (the "Seller") and the users of the online shop enduroev.com (the "Buyer"). By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these terms in full.

The Seller is an authorised dealer of Valtinsu electric dirt bikes (Changzhou Valtinsu Technology Co., Ltd.). The Seller is not registered for VAT and operates under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
2. Governing law
These terms and every relationship arising from them are governed by Bulgarian law, including the Obligations and Contracts Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Act on the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods, the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). This choice of law does not deprive a consumer habitually resident in another member state of the protection of that state's mandatory rules.
3. Goods and prices
- All prices are final, in euro (EUR) or, for delivery to the United States and Canada, in US dollars (USD). The Seller is not VAT-registered; invoices carry no VAT under Art. 113(9) of the Bulgarian VAT Act.
- Delivery to the countries listed on the site is included in the price. For other countries the delivery price is given before the order is confirmed.
- The Seller may update prices; a confirmed order keeps the price at the time of ordering.
- Images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the product. Technical data comes from the manufacturer; real range and speed depend on mode, rider weight and terrain.
- The bikes are for off-road use only (private land, tracks and trail parks) and cannot be registered for road use. The recommended rider age is shown on each model's page.
4. Ordering and the contract
- The Buyer chooses a bike, colour and protection plan and adds them to the cart.
- The Buyer enters contact and delivery details, chooses a preferred payment method and confirms they understand the bike is for off-road use only.
- The Buyer sends the order with the "Place order" button.
- The Seller confirms availability and sends the Buyer a confirmation by email or phone with payment details and the delivery date.
The contract of sale is concluded when the confirmation in step 4 is sent. The Seller may refuse an order in case of an obvious price error, lack of stock or inability to deliver, informing the Buyer immediately and refunding any payment.
5. Rights and obligations of the Buyer
- To receive accurate and complete information about the products and prices before the contract is concluded.
- To receive the goods within the stated time and in good condition.
- To withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (section 9).
- To make a claim for lack of conformity within 2 years of delivery (section 10).
- To give true and complete details when ordering and to pay the price on time.
- To inspect the parcel on receipt and to use the bike as intended, with a helmet and protective gear, following the manufacturer's instructions.
6. Rights and obligations of the Seller
- To give accurate information about the products, prices and delivery terms.
- To fulfil a confirmed order within the stated time or inform the Buyer if it cannot.
- To process withdrawals and claims within the statutory time limits.
- To issue an invoice for every paid order.
- To refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious error in price or description, suspected fraud or inability to deliver, refunding any amount paid.
7. Payment
- By card - on the secure payment page of a licensed payment provider, linked in the order confirmation. The Seller never stores card details.
- By bank transfer - to the account given in the confirmation. The bike ships once payment arrives.
- In instalments with iute - for delivery to Bulgaria only. Credit is granted by IuteCredit Bulgaria EOOD, subject to its approval and terms; the Seller is not the lender.
8. Delivery
Bikes ship from the closest Valtinsu warehouse (Germany, France, Italy, United Kingdom, USA or Canada) by courier, in one box. The delivery estimate is shown on the site and in the confirmation (usually 2-5 working days within the warehouse's country and 4-8 working days across a border). The bike is assembled and tested at the factory and arrives with a few parts to refit, for which the Seller sends an installation video. The Buyer inspects the parcel in the courier's presence; visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and reported to the Seller within 2 days.
9. Right of withdrawal
Under Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the day they, or a third party they named, received the goods. To withdraw, the Buyer informs the Seller at info@bizporteu.com before the period ends, with a clear statement or the model form on the Returns page.
The Seller refunds all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of the notice, but may withhold the refund until the bike has been received back or proof of its dispatch is supplied. The Buyer sends the bike back within 14 days of the notice, in its original box, and bears the direct cost of the return. Because of its size and weight (up to 75 kg) the bike cannot be returned by post; the return transport price depends on the country and the Seller states it when the return is requested.
The Buyer is liable for any loss in value of the bike resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Riding it off-road, charging it and fitting accessories go beyond that.
10. Guarantee and claims
All goods carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. In case of non-conformity the Buyer is entitled to free repair or replacement, or, where that is impossible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Separately from the legal guarantee, the manufacturer gives a 12-month commercial warranty against manufacturing defects; the battery has its own warranty. The Protect +12 and Protect +24 plans extend the commercial warranty to 24 and 36 months and are not insurance. The commercial warranty does not affect the Buyer's rights under the legal guarantee. It does not cover wear (tyres, brake pads, chain), damage from falls, impacts, submersion or incorrect charging, or modifications to the bike.
Claims go to info@bizporteu.com with the order number, a description and photos or video. The Seller replies within 30 days.
11. Personal data
Personal data is processed under the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Limitation of liability
Electric dirt bikes are high-powered vehicles. The Seller is not liable for harm caused by riding on public roads, without protective gear, by riders under the recommended age or against the manufacturer's instructions.
13. Disputes
The parties try to settle any dispute out of court. The Buyer may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg, +359 700 111 22) and its conciliation committees, and for a dispute with a trader in another EU country the European Consumer Centre Bulgaria (ecc.kzp.bg). Disputes not settled this way go to the competent court.
