14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you received the bike, without giving a reason.
How to return a bike
- Email info@bizporteu.com or WhatsApp +359 879 35 80 40 with your order number before the 14 days run out. You may use the form below, but you don't have to.
- We confirm the warehouse return address and the transport price. Because of its size and weight (up to 75 kg) the bike cannot go by post; the return transport is at your cost.
- Send the bike back within 14 days, in its original box, unridden and with all accessories.
- We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your notice, once we have the bike back or proof it was sent.
You are liable for any loss in value if the bike was used beyond what is needed to see what it is and that it works (riding it off-road, for example).
Damaged or wrong bike
Check the parcel in front of the courier. Note any visible damage on the delivery note and email us within 2 days with photos. For transport damage or a wrong model we pay for the replacement or return. Defects after that are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee and the manufacturer warranty (see the Terms of sale, section 10).
