This Privacy policy explains how Bizport EOOD, owner of the online shop enduroev.com, collects, uses, stores and protects its customers' personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

The company is not required to appoint a data protection officer. For any question about personal data, write to the email above.
2. What we collect
- When you order: name, email, phone, delivery address, country, the bike, colour and plan you chose, and your preferred payment method.
- When you enquire (new-model alert, service request, dealer application): your email and, for service or dealer requests, the details you enter yourself (name, company, phone, order number, description).
- Technical data: IP address and the country derived from it, browser type, page address and time, logged by the hosting provider for security.
We never collect card details or special categories of personal data. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
3. Why we use it
- Processing and fulfilling orders, arranging delivery and contacting you - performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Answering enquiries, service requests and dealer applications - pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f).
- New-model alerts - your consent, Art. 6(1)(a), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Accounting and tax - legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c).
- Site security and fraud prevention - legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).
4. Who receives it
- Valtinsu (Changzhou Valtinsu Technology Co., Ltd., China, and its warehouses in the EU, UK, USA and Canada) - name, address and phone, to ship your bike. The transfer outside the EEA is necessary to perform the contract with you (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
- Courier companies delivering the parcel - name, address and phone.
- The payment provider - amount and order number; you enter card details on its own page.
- IuteCredit Bulgaria EOOD - only if you choose to pay in instalments with iute.
- Vercel Inc. (site hosting) and Supabase Inc. (order and enquiry database, EU region - Frankfurt) - as processors under a data processing agreement.
- YouTube (Google) - only when you play a video on the site; videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play.
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices - 10 years, as required by the Bulgarian Accountancy Act.
- Orders not completed and enquiries - up to 2 years from the last contact.
- New-model alerts - until the alert is sent or consent is withdrawn.
- Technical logs - up to 90 days.
6. Data on your device
The site stores in your browser (localStorage) only your cart (ee_cart) and chosen delivery country (ee_country), so the shop works. They are not sent to us unless you place an order, and need no consent.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent (Arts. 15-21 GDPR). Write to info@bizporteu.com; we reply within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity.
