How fast is the EM-5 Ultra?
Up to 90 km/h (56 mph) in Mode 3. Modes 1 and 2 cap it at 48 and 68 km/h, so you can learn the bike first.
How far does the EM-5 Ultra go on a charge?
Up to 120 km (75 mi) on the 72V 25Ah pack. Real range depends on mode, rider weight and terrain. Charging takes 5-6 hours on the included charger.
Who is the EM-5 Ultra for?
Experienced riders from 16 who want the most power and range. Seat height is 810 mm and the bike weighs 67 kg; maximum rider weight is 130 kg.
Is it street legal?
No. Valtinsu bikes are sold for off-road use only: private land, tracks and trail parks.
How is it delivered?
Free, from the closest of our six warehouses. It arrives in one box (1410 × 350 × 640 mm, 75 kg), assembled and tested at the factory with a few parts to refit, and we send the installation video.
What warranty do I get?
12 months against manufacturing defects on top of the 2-year legal guarantee, with genuine parts stocked in every warehouse. The battery carries its own warranty. Add Protect +12 or +24 to extend the manufacturer warranty to 24 or 36 months.
Can I send it back?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery and without giving a reason. The bike goes back unridden in its box; the return transport is at your cost.
