The EM-5 suits riders from 13 and anyone new to dirt bikes: 720 mm seat, 57 kg, 65 km/h. The EM-5 Pro is the full-size all-rounder for riders from 16: 17" front wheel, 83 km/h, 95 km range. The EM-5 Ultra is for experienced riders from 16 who want the most power: 8,000 W peak, 90 km/h, 120 km range and a reverse gear.

No. Every Valtinsu model is sold for off-road use only: private land, tracks and trail parks. Check your local rules before you ride.

Up to 80 km on the EM-5, 95 km on the EM-5 Pro and 120 km on the EM-5 Ultra and EM-26. Real range depends on mode, rider weight and terrain.

The EM-5, EM-5 Pro and EM-5 Ultra take 5-6 hours on the included 5A charger, from any household socket. The EM-26 uses a 1.2 kW CAN charger and is full in about 2 hours.

Every bike is assembled and tested at the factory, then packed in a single box with a few parts to refit. We send the installation video with your order. Charge the battery fully before the first ride.

Every bike comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity EU buyers have by law. The battery carries its own warranty. Genuine parts are stocked in every warehouse, and a protection plan extends the manufacturer warranty to 24 or 36 months.

Yes. EU buyers can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The bike has to come back unridden, in its box; the return transport is paid by the buyer. The full rules are on the Returns page.

For delivery to Bulgaria, yes: choose iute at checkout and a term of 12 to 48 months, subject to approval by iute. Everywhere else you pay in full by card or bank transfer.

The EM-5, EM-5 Pro, EM-5 Ultra and EM-26 are IPX6 rated, so rain and splashes are fine. Don’t submerge the bike or pressure-wash the electrics.

Valtinsu recommends the EM-5 from 13 (720 mm seat) and the EM-5 Pro and Ultra from 16 (810 mm seat). Riders should be able to touch the ground with the balls of both feet. Always ride with a helmet and protective gear.
